💸 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SPYOFF, we take pride in delivering quality products and a premium shopping experience. While we do offer refunds in genuine cases, we also maintain strict guidelines to prevent misuse and ensure fairness for all customers.

🔁 Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • You provide clear photo and video evidence of the issue

Important: Refunds will not be entertained for reasons such as personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, boredom, or subjective expectations. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

To request a refund, email us at spyoff.trust@gmail.com with:

  • Your order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting photos and videos of the product

Without proper visual proof, we will be unable to initiate a refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are processed via UPI or direct bank transfer. We initiate refunds as soon as possible once your request is verified.

🚫 No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike of the product

  • Non-defective items

  • Claims without valid proof

❌ Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at spyoff.trust@gmail.com.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

📦 Return Shipping

In most cases, SPYOFF covers return shipping costs to ensure convenience. However, if the return reason is unclear, invalid, or outside our standard policy, the customer may be asked to bear the return shipping charges.

In special cases, we may offer a gift or voucher to compensate for any inconvenience caused from our side.
